For bins scheduled for collection, they must remain curbside or easily accessible. If you require assistance from our team, please inform us, and we will retrieve your bin.
It's crucial to have your bin out for cleaning on the scheduled date as per your booking. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
This service operates on a 12-month subscription, which transitions to a monthly pay-as-you-go plan. You then may cancel at any time.
You are responsible for notifying us of any changes, including your move or any changes in circumstances.
Direct debit will be set up for your payday.
